About the role

E-Solutionsinc is seeking a Manager, Security Operations, to lead its 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) and drive AI-powered threat detection, investigation, and response. This hands-on leadership role involves shaping security strategy, leading major incident response, and building security operations capability in a SOX-regulated, SOC 2 Type 2 certified environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Drive AI-powered threat detection, investigation, and response.
• Shape security strategy and lead major incident response.
• Build security operations capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of security operations, incident response, or threat detection experience.
• 3+ years leading a SOC or Security Operations team.
• Deep expertise with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, detection engineering, and incident response.
• Experience operating in SOX and SOC 2 Type 2 environments.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to security operations and automation.
• Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
