We Are Hiring
Head Office - Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh - Full-time, on-site.
• Talent acquisition for HO and 50+ project sites across 16 states
• Liaison with labour authorities and management of labour litigation
• Labour law compliance under the Labour Codes: Shram, S HR, IA, CLRA, BOCW, EPF, ESIC
• CBAR and WC insurance policies for projects; HR policy for the company
10–15 years’ experience
Construction / Infra / EPC background
Relocation to Bilaspur required.
