- Warehouse Operations: Inbound, Outbound, Inventory & Replenishment
- Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF)
- REST APIs, SQL & Log Troubleshooting
- Manhattan SCI Reporting & Dashboards
- ERP/OMS/TMS/WCS/MHE Integrations
- RCA, Hypercare & Go-Live Support
- Strong MAWM production support experience and warehouse operations knowledge
