About the role
Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager (Capital Projects) to lead and direct engineering activities in a manufacturing environment. The role oversees capital projects, facility expansions, process improvements, equipment implementation, operational support, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering activities supporting manufacturing operations and business objectives.
- Direct facility expansion projects, capacity improvement initiatives, and capital investments.
- Oversee evaluation, procurement, installation, and startup of equipment, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
- Provide engineering support to improve reliability, efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage projects from concept through implementation, following project management practices, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop and execute departmental business plans and strategic initiatives, and allocate resources to meet operational and financial objectives.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Support data-driven decisions using statistical analysis and performance metrics.
