About the roleSofitel Bogotá Victoria Regia is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing team.
In this role, you will support the hotel's marketing strategy by planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing, digital, e-commerce, and communication initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, drive direct revenue, and enhance guest engagement across all business units, including Rooms, Restaurants, Events, and Experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aligned with Sofitel and Accor brand standards.Manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.Monitor campaign performance through KPIs including ROI, ROAS, conversions, website traffic, and direct bookings.Support the optimization of the hotel's website, digital channels, and e-commerce initiatives.Coordinate CRM and email marketing campaigns.Create and adapt marketing materials, graphic assets, and multimedia content while maintaining luxury brand consistency.Support social media management, content planning, and community engagement.Coordinate collaborations with influencers, media, strategic partners, and suppliers.Assist in planning and promoting hotel events, activations, and brand experiences.Produce commercial and marketing performance reports and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Ensure all marketing activities comply with Sofitel and Accor brand guidelines.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, International Business, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Marketing Analyst or similar position.Previous experience in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, tourism, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
Required Skills & ExperienceStrong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Hospitality E-commerce.Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Google Analytics 4 (GA4).SEO and SEM.Email Marketing and CRM platforms.Content Management Systems (CMS).Social Media Management.Marketing Analytics and reporting.Graphic design using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Basic video editing.Photography and content creation.Copywriting and storytelling.Event marketing and brand activations.Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, SEO, CRM, or Adobe Creative Cloud are considered an asset.
