Marketing and Member Services Coordinator

Position OverviewGraystone Group is supporting an established wealth management firm in Charlotte, North Carolina seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing & Member Services Coordinator to join its team.
This position will support a combination of member services, editorial production, digital marketing, and content distribution. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail who enjoys working across multiple projects and interacting directly with members. This individual will play an important role in delivering a high-quality member experience while helping expand the reach of the firm's newsletter, podcast, digital content, and other marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMember ServicesServe as a primary point of contact for member questions, requests, and general troubleshooting.Assist with establishing and processing new memberships.Manage membership renewals and maintain accurate member information.Process address changes and other updates to member accounts.Coordinate and process gift memberships.Provide timely, professional, and responsive support to members.Maintain accurate membership records and assist with general membership administration.Editorial & Newsletter SupportReview and make requested edits to newsletter articles prior to publication; this position does not require original article writing.Upload and publish articles and other content to the firm's website.Format newsletter content and prepare completed issues for printing.Coordinate with internal team members regarding advertisements and other newsletter content.Post blogs and other editorial content to the firm's website.Assist with maintaining consistent formatting, branding, and presentation across published materials.Coordinate newsletter production timelines to help ensure content is completed and distributed on schedule.Marketing & Digital ContentCreate and distribute marketing emails promoting newsletter issues, blogs, podcasts, and other firm content.Assist with podcast production, including filming, uploading episodes, coordinating content, and promoting new releases.Develop and publish social media posts highlighting articles, blogs, podcast episodes, and other content.Collaborate with other members of the marketing team on campaigns and ongoing marketing initiatives.Help develop and implement new ideas to increase newsletter readership, subscriptions, and engagement.Support initiatives designed to strengthen the firm's digital presence and expand its audience.Track marketing activities and assist with evaluating engagement and campaign performance.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field preferred.1–3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, member services, client services, publishing, or a related field preferred.Excellent written communication, proofreading, and editing skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.Experience with email marketing, social media, website content management, or digital marketing platforms preferred.Comfortable learning new technology and marketing tools.Experience working with newsletters, publications, podcasts, or other recurring content is a plus.Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented approach to member interactions.Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, editorial, and other internal team members.Experience within wealth management, financial services, investment management, or another professional services environment is a plus but not required.
