Marketing Communication Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the hotel’s brand, positioning, and market presence.
- Oversee digital marketing including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Create engagement, promotions, and campaigns to drive awareness and increase guest engagement.
- Manage public relations, media partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams on marketing plans and promotions.
- Manage the marketing budget and analyze ROI of marketing activities.
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing team.
- Ensure consistent brand standards across all channels and touchpoints.
- Handle crisis communication and maintain positive brand image.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Communication Manager to lead our brand’s strategy, marketing, and communication efforts. You will strengthen our brand presence, engage our target audiences, and contribute to driving business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
- Communications/Business or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and teamwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
