Marketing Operations Coordinator

My real estate business is growing, and I’m looking for a full-time Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join me in person here in Orlando!

I’m looking for someone who is organized, creative, proactive, and knows how to GET. STUFF. DONE.

This is definitely not your typical sit-at-a-desk-all-day assistant position.

You’ll help with things like:
📱 Social media posting & content creation
🎥 Filming and creating real estate + Orlando content
💻 Meta Business Suite, Canva & CRM campaigns
📬 Mailers, drip campaigns & client pop-bys
🎉 Planning client events, open houses & special events
🤝 Coordinating photographers, vendors & contractors
🎁 Client gifts & post-closing experiences
🚗 Local pickups, deliveries & errands
📋 Keeping projects, marketing & day-to-day operations moving

Basically, I need a right-hand person who can take an idea and help turn it into reality.

Full-Time | In-Person | Orlando, FL

Real estate experience is a plus, but it’s not required. Being organized, dependable, tech-savvy, creative, and willing to learn matters much more to me.
