Job description
Tasks
- Manage creative projects through scoping, review, approval, production, trafficking, and closeout
- Own Marketing's Asana system: templates, workflows, dashboards, and reporting
- Build schedules, spot risks and bottlenecks early, and escalate when needed
- Track campaign flights, placements, and creative versions across paid and owned channels
- Maintain file naming, version control, and an organized archive of final assets
- Deliver approved creative to agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Partner with the Senior Director of Marketing to improve processes and governance
Requirements
- Marketing or creative project management experience
- Strong Asana skills
- Excellent organization and communication
