Marketing Strategy Business Development Manager

Reports to: Commercial Director About the role: The Marketing Strategy & Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, identifying new business opportunities, strengthening brand positioning, strengthening sustainable revenue and market-share growth. Key responsibilities: - Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and business development framework. - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitors, and market dynamics. - Identify new markets, business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels. - Develop strategies to increase market share and expand the company’s footprint. - Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and authorities. - Provide market insights to support pricing, product portfolio, and expansion decisions. - Prepare regular market intelligence and performance report for senior management. Requirements & competencies: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, Economics, or a related field. - MBA or relevant postgraduate degree or additional experience. - 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, commercial activity, or direct intelligence. - Experience in cement, building materials, construction, and related manufacturing or industrial industry is highly preferred.
