Marketing Strategy Business Development Manager

About the role

The Marketing Strategy & Business Development Manager at will develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy, identify new business opportunities, strengthen brand positioning, and support sustainable revenue and market-share growth. The role reports to the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and business development framework.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, customer needs, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Develop strategies to increase market share and expand the company’s footprint.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and authorities.
• Provide market insights to support pricing, product portfolio, and expansion decisions.
• Prepare regular market intelligence and performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree or additional experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, commercial activity, or direct intelligence.
• Experience in cement, building materials, construction, and related manufacturing or industrial industry is highly preferred.
• Key competencies include strategic thinking and analytics, strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent presentation and results-focused abilities, commercial awareness, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
