About the Role

Bozzocabs Private Limited is hiring a Marketplace Operations & Growth Executive in Hyderabad, Telangana. You will grow driver supply, improve marketplace efficiency, optimize pricing, and execute go-to-market initiatives that support platform growth and driver retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Driver onboarding and activation: Identify and onboard auto and bike drivers in assigned zones, verify documents and registration details, guide drivers through app onboarding, and track activation funnel conversions.
• Fleet and vendor acquisition: Meet fleet owners and vehicle vendors, onboard fleet partners, and build lasting relationships with fleet operators.
• Field operations: Visit auto stands, metro stations, business hubs, and other high-demand locations. Conduct market surveys, research competitors, and collect feedback from drivers and riders.
• Supply growth and marketplace management: Maintain sufficient driver supply in launch zones, monitor driver availability and active hours, and support driver retention and reactivation programs.
• Market research and pricing: Research Uber, Rapido, and Ola pricing; analyze rider demand and driver earnings; gather fare, incentive, and market trend data; and share daily reports with management.
• Team coordination: Coordinate with telecallers and field staff and train onboarding executives on the pitch and onboarding process.
