We’re looking for an experienced Mass Timber Structural BIM Specialist to join a specialized 6-week freelance project focused on CLT, Glulam, structural connections, and fabrication-level BIM modeling.
What you'll doWork on LOD 400 Mass Timber structural models, coordinating CLT and Glulam systems, structural connections, MEPF penetrations, hangers, supplementary steel, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
Requirements3+ years of Structural BIM / detailing experienceHands-on Mass Timber, CLT and/or Glulam experienceAdvanced RevitLOD 400 / fabrication-level modeling experienceStructural connection/detailing experienceMultidisciplinary BIM coordination experienceEnglish B2+ for daily technical communicationImmediate availabilityOwn computer/laptop
