Abin Jacob is hiring a highly skilled Master Automotive Technician to join our expanding automotive service team in La Habra, California. This full-time role demands technical leadership in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical vehicle issues while upholding superior quality standards.

Work Schedule & Locations

• Type: Full-time
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Locations: La Habra, Orange, Indio, Whittier – California

Key Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose complex drivability, powertrain, and advanced electrical vehicle issues.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to review detailed work orders and ensure precise customer communication.
• Perform multi-point digital vehicle inspections and advanced diagnostics to identify root causes.
• Estimate labor times, parts, and specialized equipment required for repairs.
• Execute minor and major mechanical repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension, and other vehicle systems.
• Install replacement parts and precision components following manufacturer specifications.
• Document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and recommendations clearly in the shop management system.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians to enhance the technical skills of the team.
• Utilize Identifix, factory scan tools, and modern diagnostic software efficiently.
• Maintain and operate professional-grade tools, heavy machinery, and vehicle lifts responsibly.
• Conduct thorough road tests to ensure vehicle safety and repair effectiveness.
• Follow OSHA and local environmental regulations for chemical safety and tool operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic and repair skills.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work independently and lead a technical team.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software such as Identifix and factory scan tools.
• Excellent communication skills for customer and team interaction.
