Material Flow Engineer

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or material handling engineering.
• Expertise in AGV, AMR, AGC, VRC, conveyors, robotics, and ASRS.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and FlexSim or equivalent simulation tools.
• Experience in warehouse layout, buffer planning, aisle optimization, and material handling equipment design.
• Knowledge of PLC, MES, WMS integration and industrial safety standards.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, PFEP, JIT, and line balancing.
• Experience in end-to-end project execution, vendor management, procurement, and commissioning.
