Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end receipt of materials and verify deliveries against purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming materials for compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain material receipt and inspection documentation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in inventory management or a similar role; at least two years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Proficiency with inventory management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry-standard quality control certifications is a plus.
