Key Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for Mathematics and Science aligned with curriculum standards. Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement. Facilitate classroom discussions that encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Motivate students to explore and pursue interests in Maths and Science through innovative teaching methods. Maintain accurate student records and communicate progress to guardians and administration. Collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching strategies and student outcomes. Participate in professional development workshops to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, preferably with a focus on Mathematics or Science. Strong knowledge of Maths and Science curricula and teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners. Patience and ability to connect with students of varying learning abilities.
