Job description
Kossivi is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst in Danga, Abidjan Autonomous District, Côte d’Ivoire. Join the company’s financial services team and contribute to business analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This is an on-site position.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and identify business trends.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support management planning.
- Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company goals.
- Help prepare budgets and financial models for projects.
- Review actual results against budgets and provide actionable variance analysis.
- Keep current with industry trends and improve financial processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Team and Reporting
Work alongside experienced finance professionals in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. The Financial Analyst reports to the Senior Finance Manager and works with colleagues across the company.
