Sales Executives Manager – Danga, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire

Superfine international is hiring a full-time Sales Executives Manager in Danga, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. This on-site leadership role will shape sales strategy, strengthen the company’s market presence, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales executives to meet individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that improve productivity.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain key client relationships to support customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track performance metrics and provide feedback and training to improve results.
• Work with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Sales leadership experience; five or more years in a managerial role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency with sales management software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of established sales techniques and industry trends.

Reporting and Work Arrangement

You will report to the Senior Sales Director and collaborate with colleagues across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position in Danga, Abidjan.
