Tasks
- Coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the Meat department operations while maintaining a profitable department, high quality products and superb service levels.
- Implements marketing ideas to promote the business, encourages a high level of employee engagement, maintains revenue and expense budgets, and meets budgeted productivity while keeping quality and guest service consistently high.
- Ensure established sale targets and margins are obtained
