Mechanic

Lead winter equipment maintenance and repairs; Run the sprayer throughout the growing season; Operate planters, combines, tractors, and other farm equipment; Diagnose mechanical issues and solve problems independently; Help keep our shop organized and our equipment field-ready. Requirements include being mechanically inclined (diesel experience preferred), self-motivated, dependable, organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and looking for a long-term opportunity.
