- For Full Time position
-atleast 23 to 40 years old
-Pleasing Personality
-with excellent communication skills
-with strong leadership to execute preventive maintenance schedule and ensure all equipments are all maintained to the required standard
-atleast 2 years experience in Airconditioning Industry
-graduate of Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Building Admin)
-with PRC license
-with COSH and BOSH
-Full understanding of Mechanical Building services, designs and Maintenance especially HVAC Systems
-Proficient in software applications such as (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
-proficient in Autocad Operations
-must know how to prepare cost proposals
-willing to be assigned in provinces
