Confidential is hiring a Mechanical Engineer for a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Execute the preventive maintenance schedule and ensure all equipment is maintained to the required standard.
- Prepare cost proposals.
Requirements
- At least 23 to 40 years old, with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in the air conditioning industry.
- Graduate of a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/building administration) and hold a PRC license.
- Have COSH and BOSH.
- Full understanding of mechanical building services, designs and maintenance, especially HVAC systems.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD operations.
- Willing to be assigned in provinces.
