Job description
Requirements: 4–7 years of experience in technical office within MEP contracting projects. Solid experience in preparing Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Material Submittals. Hands-on experience with Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and quantity take-off. Professional knowledge of HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems. Ability to review technical specifications and coordinate with site execution teams. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
