Senior Media Buyer - Remote (Johannesburg, South Africa)

Role Overview Join Sabastien John as a Senior Media Buyer in a remote role based in Johannesburg, South Africa. This full-time position offers a unique chance to work with a fast-growing performance marketing agency focused on the UK renewable energy sector. You will manage paid campaigns primarily on Meta platforms, with some Google Ads involvement, driving high-quality lead generation through creative video ads and automated funnels. Working strictly 9-5 GMT, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead and Account Management teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and CRM integration. Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize Meta (90%) and Google Ads (10%) campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max. Monitor campaign performance daily, applying data-driven strategies to improve cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead quality. Design and optimize landing pages using Perspective to maximize conversions and ensure consistent messaging. Manage CRM automations and workflows within GoHighLevel to streamline lead tracking and flow. Scale successful campaigns and identify new growth opportunities in renewable energy and B2B markets. Communicate campaign performance and insights to internal teams and clients to support retention and growth. Maintain task and client documentation using Monday.com to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in launching, optimizing, and scaling lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. Experience with landing page optimization and CRM automation tools, preferably Perspective and GoHighLevel. Ability to work remotely on a strict 9-5 GMT schedule. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Compensation: $2,000 USD per month. Location: Remote (Candidates must be based in South Africa, Johannesburg preferred)
