Participate in coding audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding practices. Stay updated on changes in coding regulations and guidelines that may impact the accuracy of coding procedures. Work collaboratively with billing and claims teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reimbursements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Proficient in computer skills, with experience in coding software preferred. Prior experience or internships in medical coding is a plus but not mandatory.
