Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs and curricula tailored for medical professionals.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance clinical knowledge.
• Assess educational needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with medical faculty and practitioners to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
• Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their educational journey.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in medical education and clinical practices.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records of educational activities for auditing and quality assurance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• MD, MBBS, or MBChB degree from an accredited medical school.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on medical education.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical or educational roles.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning platforms is a plus.
