Job description
Rishabh is hiring a Medical Educator for a contract position in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Help strengthen healthcare professionals’ knowledge and skills through high-quality medical education, with the goal of supporting better patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational programs and curricula for medical professionals.
- Lead engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assess learning needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Work with medical faculty and practitioners to improve course content and delivery.
- Guide and support learners throughout their education.
- Keep current with developments in medical education and clinical practice.
- Document educational activities and outcomes for auditing purposes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- MD, MBBS, or MBChB from an accredited medical school.
- Strong clinical skills and an interest in medical education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical or educational role.
- Curriculum development or instructional design experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and e-learning platforms is a plus.
Work Environment
You will report to the Head of Education and collaborate with a supportive team of educators, medical professionals, and cross-functional partners. This is an on-site contract role based in Sydney, New South Wales.
