Constancerecruit staffing services pvt ltd is hiring a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Stop-Loss Data & Benefits Analyst for a full-time remote position based in Mexico. Join our fast-growing healthcare insurance team and contribute to managing and analyzing medical stop-loss insurance data to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry to maintain integrity of medical stop-loss datasets.
• Assist in analyzing stop-loss insurance claims data to identify trends and insights.
• Support report preparation and distribution of key data metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and enhance policy performance.
• Participate in projects to improve data processes and reporting methodologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess data needs and provide timely support.
• Maintain and update documentation related to data handling and analysis procedures.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in data entry and data management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other data analysis software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or related field preferred but not required.

Salary: 17000 per year
