Join our fast-growing healthcare insurance company and contribute to managing and analyzing medical stop-loss insurance data. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry to maintain integrity of medical stop-loss datasets. Assist in analyzing stop-loss insurance claims data to identify trends and insights. Support report preparation and distribution on key data metrics and performance indicators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve policy performance. Participate in projects to enhance data processes and reporting methods. Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide timely support. Maintain and update documentation for data handling and analysis procedures. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related field. Proficient in data entry and data management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with other data analysis tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or related field preferred but not required.
