Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain medical stop-loss data accurately, helping preserve dataset integrity.
• Analyze stop-loss insurance claims data to identify trends and useful insights.
• Prepare and distribute reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather data and support improvements to policy performance.
• Contribute to projects that improve data processes and reporting methods.
• Help stakeholders address data needs and provide timely support.
• Maintain clear documentation of data handling and analysis procedures.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Insurance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data entry and data management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with other data analysis software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Zero to two years of experience in data analysis or a related field is preferred.
