Bilingual MedSpa Front Desk Associate – North Miami Beach, FL

Botoplace is hiring a full-time Bilingual MedSpa Front Desk Associate in North Miami Beach, Florida. This in-person role pays $16 per hour plus commission. You’ll support a welcoming client experience by managing front desk communication, appointments, payments, and information about treatments, packages, and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and answer questions in a professional, courteous manner.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments and confirm bookings.
• Explain and promote treatments, sales packages, and memberships.
• Process client payments accurately.
• Keep the front desk organized.
• Maintain clear, helpful communication throughout each client’s front desk experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Customer service and client communication skills.
• Appointment scheduling and confirmation skills.
• Ability to discuss and promote treatments, packages, and memberships.
• Payment processing and front desk organization skills.

Compensation and Work Schedule
