Botoplace is hiring a full-time MedSpa Front Desk Associate in North Miami Beach, Florida. This in-person role supports a welcoming client experience by managing front desk communications, appointments, payments, and information about treatments, packages, and memberships.

Pay: $16 per hour plus commission. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and respond to questions in a professional, courteous manner.
• Communicate with clients in English and Spanish.
• Schedule appointments and confirm bookings.
• Explain treatments, sales packages, and memberships, and support their promotion.
• Process client payments accurately.
• Keep the front desk organized.
• Maintain clear, helpful communication throughout each client’s front desk experience.
