🛠️ What You’ll Build
Scale products from thousands to hundreds of thousands of users.
Develop new insurance workflow automations, rapidly testing ideas and shipping MVPs to customers.
Build full-stack features with a strong backend focus, including processing large PDF and Excel files and automating workflows in legacy browser-based systems.
Help evolve individual point solutions into a unified, self-serve platform.
Partner closely with product managers, designers, and customers to deliver solutions that meet real business needs.
✅ Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for engineers with 4–16 years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience who combine strong technical execution with product ownership.
Key qualifications:
Experience at a startup or as a founding engineer — a major plus and a stated requirement for this opportunity.
Proven ability to build products from 0→1 and ship MVPs to real customers.
Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines and deploying production applications.
Experience integrating third-party services, including Stripe.
Experience building SaaS quoting applications using React and Flask.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Python, React, Flask, and production engineering.
Stable career history with progressive growth.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product managers and designers.
