IBM Sterling OMS SRE/Application Production Support Engineer

Tasks

• Provide L2/L3 production support for IBM Sterling OMS applications.
• Troubleshoot order lifecycle issues, agents, services, APIs, and integrations.
• Monitor application logs, alerts, and dashboards using Splunk and Grafana.
• Perform SQL queries, Linux troubleshooting, and REST API/JSON debugging.
• Support Docker/Kubernetes-based applications and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• 2–4 Years
• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS
• Production support and incident management
• Splunk, Grafana, SQL, and Linux
• REST APIs, JSON, and messaging
• Basic Docker/Kubernetes and Jenkins/GitHub Actions
• Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
