MEP BIM COORDINATOR

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator with strong knowledge of MEP design, BIM coordination, and Revit. The candidate should have practical experience in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and must be capable of understanding design intent, identifying technical issues, and developing coordinated BIM models.

Autodesk Revit MEP
Navisworks Manage
Autodesk ACC / BIM Collaborate
AutoCAD
Clash Detection & Coordination
MEP Design & Engineering Understanding
BIM QA/QC Requirements
LOD & BEP
Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM Workflows
Knowledge of Dynamo will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in MEP BIM and coordination.
Strong practical experience in MEP design and engineering.
Ability to independently understand MEP design drawings and identify design/coordination issues.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV systems.
Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to lead coordination activities and resolve technical BIM issues.
UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage.

Key Requirement:
The candidate must have actual MEP Design experience in addition to BIM Modelling and Coordination experience. Candidates with only Revit modelling experience and limited understanding of MEP design are not preferred.
