Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations Functional Consultant

About the role

Talentcrestbridge is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Project Operations Functional Consultant. The role focuses on D365 Project Operations and D365 F&O Project Management & Accounting, with domain advantage in renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
• Develop functional designs and configure D365.
• Support project tracking, stage-gate management, budget versus actuals, and project financials.
• Support procurement, EPC contractor management, land and real estate data modelling, environmental and permitting workflows, and interconnection queue management.
• Work with document management and DMS integration, Power Apps and Power Automate, custom entities, extensions, and third-party integrations.
• Support UAT, data migration, and end-user training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–6+ years.
• Key skill sets include D365 Project Operations or D365 F&O Project Management & Accounting, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and D365 configuration.
• Key skill sets also include project tracking, stage-gate management, project financials, procurement, contractor management, project data modelling, environmental and permitting workflows, and interconnection queue management.
• Key skill sets include document management, DMS integration, Power Apps, Power Automate, custom entities, extensions, third-party integrations, UAT, data migration, end-user training, and stakeholder and technical team collaboration.
• Domain advantage: renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or capital projects.
