As a Mine Worker, you will ensure smooth mining operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections of mining equipment and tools to ensure safety and operational readiness. Operate mining machinery and tools following strict safety protocols. Assist in transporting and distributing coal products from mining sites to designated areas. Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards and implement best practices on-site. Participate in loading and unloading coal to ensure efficient and accurate operations. Report any irregularities or issues during daily operations to the Shift Supervisor. Engage in ongoing training to enhance safety skills and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education. Strong understanding and implementation of safety protocols on-site. Prior mining or industrial experience preferred but not required; safety-focused candidates encouraged to apply. Relevant safety certifications are an advantage. Knowledge of mining machinery operation is a plus. The ideal candidate will report directly to the Shift Supervisor and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to safety and productivity.
