Job description
White Force is hiring a full-time Mini-Program Developer for a remote-eligible role based in China, with opportunities to collaborate in Kagoshima, Japan. Develop engaging, high-quality mini-programs and help improve digital user experiences in a creative, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive mini-programs using WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and deliver new features.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to support code quality.
- Debug existing mini-programs and optimize performance.
- Track industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance mini-program functionality.
- Use user feedback and experience metrics to refine product features.
- Document processes and prepare clear technical specifications.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Git or another version control system.
- Familiarity with relevant software development tools and frameworks.
- At least two years of software development experience, particularly with mobile or web applications.
Team and Reporting
You will report to the Development Manager and collaborate with colleagues across teams in an environment that values open communication and teamwork.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
Pay: 40 per hour. This is a full-time, remote-eligible position.
