Mini-Program Developer

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive mini-programs using WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members. Debug and troubleshoot issues within existing mini-programs, optimizing performance as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance mini-program functionality. Implement user feedback to refine and improve the mini-programs based on user experience metrics. Document processes and write clear technical specifications for future reference. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficient in WXML, WXSS, and JavaScript for mini-program development. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Familiarity with relevant software development tools and frameworks. 2+ years of experience in software development, particularly in mobile or web applications.
