Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts to align project objectives. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks proactively. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates and manage expectations. Implement project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making. Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges and ensure timely resolution. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects in fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. Experience working on-site in Tokyo or similar metropolitan areas. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification. Experience in software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure projects.
