Mining Engineer Project-Based

Core Responsibilities:
• Develops mine designs, layouts, and production plans for surface and/or underground mining operations using appropriate mine planning and design software.
• Prepares short-, medium-, and long-term mine production schedules, including sequencing, equipment utilization, production targets, and resource allocation.
• Works with geologists and other technical personnel to evaluate mineable resources, mining methods, production scenarios, operating costs, and the economic viability of mining projects.
• Assesses and optimizes mineable resources and reserves through appropriate mine design, sequencing, cut-off parameter, and production strategies.
• Coordinates with geology, operations, and other departments to ensure that mine plans are practical and aligned with production objectives, timelines, and available resources.
• Monitors actual mine performance against approved plans and schedules, identifies variances, and recommends adjustments to improve operational efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Willing to be assigned in the Province of Isabela.
