Key Responsibilities Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on locks and security systems for residential and commercial clients. Respond to emergency lockout situations and provide prompt, efficient service. Evaluate the security needs of clients and recommend appropriate locksmith solutions. Maintain an organized inventory of locksmith tools and equipment, ensuring readiness for mobile service calls. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Keep accurate records of service calls, payments, and inventory usage. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in locksmith technology. In addition to daily tasks, you will be involved in various projects aimed at improving service delivery, collaborating with other team members to innovate solutions that enhance client security. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction ratings, response times, and the quality of work performed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Proven experience in locksmithing, with a minimum of 2 years preferred. Relevant industry-standard certifications such as a Certified Locksmith (CL) are a plus. Familiarity with common locksmithing tools and security systems, including keyless entry systems and high-security locks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
