Key Responsibilities Design and implement individualized lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of each student. Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery. Observe and assess student progress to ensure effective learning outcomes and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Facilitate group activities and promote teamwork among students while guiding them in problem-solving and conflict resolution. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student development and collaborate on strategies for support. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay informed about educational trends. Engage with fellow teachers to share ideas, resources, and best practices, contributing to a positive team dynamic. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a teaching role, preferably within a Montessori setting. Strong skills in patience, communication, and creativity. Understanding of child development principles and Montessori philosophy. Certification in Montessori Education is preferred.
