Morning Baker/Catering Assistant

Tasks

• Prepare daily baked goods (scones, muffins, cookies, etc.) following established recipes and quantities.
• Check product flavour, texture, appearance, portion size, and doneness.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients and finished products properly.
• Assist with preparing breakfast caterings, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and other catering menu items.
• Follow order sheets carefully, including quantities, dietary requirements, presentation standards, and pickup

Schedule

• Early morning shifts, typically 5:00 a.m.1:00 p.m. or earlier, depending on production and catering needs.
• Full-Time
