Morning Show Producer on-Air Host

About the role

La Mega . Atl is hiring a full-time Morning Show Producer / On-Air Host to co-host the Mega Morning Show and produce audio and video content. This is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities

• Co-host the Mega Morning Show.
• Assist with daily show preparation and production.
• Coordinate topics, contests, interviews and listener interaction.
• Produce audio and video content for the Morning Show.
• Create digital content for Mega’s website, giveaways and promotions.
• Maintain the calendar for client and show interviews.
• Support station promotions, remotes and events.
• Work with the sales team on client integrations and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and on-air presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Audio and video production experience is preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with digital and social media content.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliability and availability to work the required morning schedule.
• Experience in radio, video editing, audio editing and board operation is preferred, but not required.
