Role Description The Multi-Unit General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations and driving operational excellence across all assigned stores. This role includes leading and coaching store leaders, setting performance expectations, and ensuring teams deliver Victra’s “Every Guest, Every Time” service standard. The Multi-Unit General Manager monitors sales metrics, analyzes business trends, and implements strategies to grow revenue, profitability, and market share. Daily responsibilities include managing staffing levels, supporting talent development, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. This role also partners with cross-functional teams, maintains strong communication with leadership, and ensures each location reflects Victra’s brand standards and commitment to community engagement.
Qualifications
Demonstrated multi-unit retail or hospitality management experience, with proven ability to lead and develop store managers and diverse teams.Strong skills in sales leadership, performance management, and business analytics to drive revenue growth and profitability across multiple locations.Operational management capabilities, including staffing, scheduling, inventory oversight, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and foster a high-performance culture.Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or technology retail is beneficial, along with familiarity with Verizon products, services, and systems.Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, travel regularly between assigned stores, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, basic office software, and reporting tools; comfort using data to make informed decisions.
