Job description
Tasks
- Monitoring multifamily property performance, financials, budgets, and NOI
- Executing asset business plans and identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Working with third-party property management teams
- Overseeing capital improvement projects, renovations, and portfolio reporting
Requirements
- roughly 3–6 years of experience in multifamily asset management, investment management, or portfolio operations
- must have recent experience within multi-family asset management
