• Experience preparing authentic
Trinidadian dishes
• Knowledge of local ingredients,
spices & traditional cooking methods
• Ability to cook popular dishes such as
Doubles, Curry Chicken, Pelau,
Bake & Shark, Callaloo, Sauce
Bus Up Shut & more
• Ability to work in a fast-paced
kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
and strong work ethic
• Food Handlers Card (or willing
to obtain)
