We are looking for an experienced Murex / Electronic Trading Production Support Engineer to support business-critical trading applications in a fast-paced Front Office environment.
📍 Location: New York City, NY
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite
🔹 Key Requirements Strong end-to-end functional and technical expertise in Murex, including recent versions. Hands-on experience supporting Electronic Trading and Front Office trading applications. Experience working directly with traders and business stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Rates, Credit, and SSA (Sovereign, Supranational amp; Agency) trading desks. Experience with ION MarketView or equivalent electronic trading platforms. Excellent production troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to investigate complex issues across multiple systems and coordinate with cross-functional technology teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities Provide production and application support for Murex and electronic trading systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues affecting front-office trading applications. Work closely with traders and business users to investigate and resolve production incidents. Support trading activities across Rates, Credit, and SSA desks. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application support teams to drive incidents through to resolution. Maintain stability and reliability of business-critical trading applications. Perform root-cause analysis and support continuous improvements in production environments.
🔹 Good-to-Have Skills Experience in investment banking or capital markets environments. Understanding of upstream/downstream integrations and trade lifecycle processes. Knowledge of front-to-back trade processing. Experience with production monitoring, incident management, and fixed-income electronic trading.
