5+ years of nanny or childcare experience, excellent references, background check, valid driver's license & auto insurance, comfortable working some holidays, able to travel domestically (Northern California by car and East Coast 1–3 times per year by plane). A big plus if you have preschool or daycare experience, early childhood education coursework or certification, bilingual (especially Spanish or Arabic). Competitive compensation based on experience. The hiring process includes an initial Zoom interview, in-person meet-and-greets, and paid trial nanny shifts before a permanent offer.
