Jason's Insight Consultants is hiring a full-time NCR-Registered Debt Counsellor in Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa. Help individuals understand and manage their financial obligations through professional debt counselling and tailored support. This is an on-site role in a collaborative financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients’ finances and develop tailored debt management solutions.
- Guide and support clients throughout the debt counselling process, explaining their options and responsibilities.
- Communicate with creditors to negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate client records and case documentation in line with industry standards.
- Educate clients about financial literacy, budgeting, and debt management.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Required: NCR-registered Debt Counsellor certification.
