Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Mandatory NCR Registered Debt Counsellor certification.
• In-depth knowledge of South African debt counselling processes and financial regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
• Proficiency with financial software and case management tools.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt counselling or related financial advisory roles.
