Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions using .NET technologies.
• Develop customized code and perform software integration and solution configuration.
• Lead development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support.
• Design and maintain automated unit testing frameworks.
• Ensure application security, monitoring, and quality standards.
• Lead moderately complex projects and oversee small development teams.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues.
• Automate manual processes and reusable tasks to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Hands-on experience with software integration and solution configuration.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of application security controls and production monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or guiding development teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Only local candidates from Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC will be considered.
