Job description
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnetting
- Routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, HSRP/VRRP
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Firewalls: Palo Alto, Cisco ASA/Firepower, or Fortinet
- LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN
- Network security, ACLs, NAT, IPsec VPN, and SSL VPN
- Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, and Wireshark
- High availability, network redundancy, and disaster recovery
- Preferred: Network automation using Python or Ansible
- Preferred: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications
- Preferred: ITIL, incident management, and change management experience
- Preferred: Experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks
