Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to attract fresh graduates and experienced candidates using diverse networking strategies.
• Review resumes and applications to align candidates with suitable job openings.
• Perform initial interviews assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide candidates with detailed job information ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and streamline recruitment.
• Maintain an organized candidate database, track application status, and communicate updates promptly.
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in HR or related fields is a plus.
• Strong networking skills with a passion for connecting people.
• Recruitment or HR experience preferred but freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with recruitment software/tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
