Maintain an organized candidate database with timely communication updates. Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in HR or related fields is a plus. Strong networking skills with a passion for connecting people. Recruitment or HR experience preferred but not mandatory; freshers encouraged to apply.
