TIMELINE: ASAP-2026 start SETTING: traditional practice of outpatient + inpatient SCHEDULE: full time TYPE: independent physician with hospital supporting guarantee TEAM: Lutfi Basatneh, MD CALL: 1:4 (7-days/month) Dr. Basatneh takes 2-weeks Another independent N takes 2-weeks Incoming N will take 1 of Basatneh's weeks of inpatient call EMR: EPIC in the hospital. PAYOR MIX: 30% Medicare | 30% Medicaid | 40% private/commercial PATIENT LANGUAGES: large% of Spanish speaking patients
