A Chambers-recognized labor and employment practice within an established multi-office U.S. firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate in Boston. This is a partner-track role for attorneys who want to deepen employer-side litigation experience, gain meaningful responsibility, and build a long-term career on a national full-service platform.

REQUIREMENTS
📚 3 to 4 years of experience.⚖️ Focused background in employment litigation.✅ Active Massachusetts Bar admission.🎓 Strong academic credentials or Am Law 200 experience.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
